When working full-time at Capify as a Finance Marketing Designer, my position levitated to becoming a Brand Designer and had the privilege to be given the task to rebrand their four global offices and unify their brand image.
For this project, I worked solely with the Marketing Director, who then involved the Founder of the business and all the employees.
Established enterprises often reach a plateau in their growth and need to reinvent themselves somewhat, which results in a rebranding their identity becomes necessary. I have experience working within large groups of people and pride myself with my friendly, constructive approach.
Have you spent way to much time and money on your brand look and it’s just not getting any return on your investment?
Are you thinking of giving up on the whole image and completely reinventing your business’ approach?
Before you do this, here are some areas I suggest you think about, before ditching things altogether.
Maybe looking more into your Google Analytics and Google Webmaster tools will give you more insight into who’s looking you up online. Perhaps you need more traffic and concentrate on getting the right customers base coming to your website. You can do this by improving your content and SEO. I can help with this!
Suppose your brand image is a niche design, then so should your marketing collateral be niche. If you’re focusing on getting the attention of as many people as possible, then this is wrong. You need to advertise and be in places where your niche customers reside. Maybe you need to do more marketing research and find where best to show off your brand before ditching all together.
It’s always a good idea to get random people and friends to look at your business or product and get some good old honest feedback. There may be something obvious you’re not thinking about, such as helping you customers when it comes to how they pay for your items.
Have you thought about using landing pages and doing A-to-B testing? You could learn more about your customers and see what causes the most interest via your landing pages. You can also create landing pages within Facebook and also explore what your data analytics comes out with.
